Anxiety? This will fix it!

It is important to understand that the solution to anxiety is not simply being “more relaxed”. Relaxation has been shown to be an important part of the solution, but it is not the solution. If it were, anxiety would have been cured a long time ago.Relaxation is what happens when anxiety is cured. Relaxation is a sign of relief, not a way to achieve relief.These are 3 steps on how to fix anxiety

Step 1. Stop fighting feeling anxious

When you fight feeling anxious, you make the anxiety worse. If you feel afraid, just allow the fear to be there.Do not fight it. Do not try to push it away or run from it. Just allow yourself to feel the fear. Just allow yourself to feel the anxiety and be with it.

Step 2. Do something enjoyable

As you are allowing yourself to feel anxious, also do something that you enjoy. When you feel afraid, do something that makes you happy. This may be something simple, like eating a favorite food. It could be something more complex, like playing a video game. An important thing to note is that you should not do anything that you enjoy while you are anxious.
