When you feel sad, your body is releasing endorphin to numb the pain. Comfort food will help you get the endorphin kick you need to feel better.

You will feel like your problems aren’t so bad. Your body will be soothed by the food. The act of eating will take your mind off your problems for a bit and help you feel better.

2. Take a break from the computer

When you’re using the computer, you’re constantly bombarded with stimuli. You need to disconnect from the computer and stay away from the screen for a few hours.I recommend you go for a walk. It will be good for your body, mind, and soul. Your head and your eyes will thank you for it.
