Exercise is a great way to help combat depression. It can help your body feel better and help you focus on other things besides your depression.

If you are not used to exercising, try doing something you like. For example, you might walk around your neighborhood, go for a bike ride, run, or do yoga.

Eat healthily

Eating well will help your body feel better, which can help you feel better mentally and physically. It’s important to eat healthy foods.
