#3 Concentration and Focus:

Gaming can also be linked to concentration and focus. This is because gaming often requires us to focus on something for a long period of time. This can improve our cognitive skills. We may need to focus on a puzzle for a long time in order to solve it.

We may also need to focus on a long-term goal in order to achieve it. Or, for example, we may need to focus on completing a game to earn enough experience points to unlock a new level.

#4 Habits and Decision Making Skills:

Many games are very repetitive, requiring us to complete the same tasks over and over again. This can also be linked to habit formation. It is a fact that we form habits in our daily lives. We may need to complete a task many times before we are able to do it correctly.

There are also games that involve decision-making and problem-solving skills. These games often require us to make important decisions about what to do next in the game.

They require us to make difficult choices between multiple options and then decide which choice will be best for us in the long run.

#5 Motivation and Self-Confidence:

Gaming can give us a sense of accomplishment when we complete a difficult task in the game. This can increase our motivation to achieve other goals in life. It can also increase our self-confidence as we may feel that we are capable of achieving more difficult tasks in life.

#6 Hand-Eye Coordination and Motor Skills Development:

Games often require us to make quick movements in order to succeed in the game. These movements are often very quick and precise, requiring us to make rapid movements with our hands and fingers. This can improve our hand-eye coordination and motor skill development.

#7 Increased Imagination Abilities and Creative Thinking Skill:

Many games require us to use our imagination to complete the game. They require us to create and visualize scenarios in our minds in order to make the game more interesting. This can also be linked to creative thinking skills. We may be able to use our imagination to create ideas and plans for our future.
