Indulge in art and music that is outside of your normal daily routine.
A good way to clear your mind is to get into the habit of making things that are not in your daily routine. You can do this by getting out of the house, making a sketchbook, or playing music that you have never played before.
The important thing is to find something that you enjoy doing and then dedicate yourself to it. Don’t just do it for a week or two and then quit because you feel you are wasting your time.
Instead, find a new activity that you enjoy and do it for months on end.

Sometimes all we need is a good laugh to clear our minds and make us feel better about ourselves. Sometimes we just need to laugh at ourselves and realize how silly we are sometimes in order to feel better about ourselves.
Humor is also a great way to get rid of clutter in our minds by helping us laugh at things that they have conditioned us to take seriously, such as money or success in our careers.
Laughter will also make us happier because laughter helps us release tension from our bodies so that we can become more relaxed and free up space in our minds.

It is said that when we sleep, our minds are free to roam and we can experience a state of “Wu Wei” in which our thoughts and feelings are not dominating our mind.
When you sleep, try to find a time that is conducive to getting your mind completely empty so that you can really rest and clear your mind.
You can do this by going to bed at the same time every night, sleeping in a quiet room, keeping the lights low, and having very little light in the room during the day.
The only other thing you need to do is not have any distractions, such as television or music in the room with you while you are sleeping.
