When you’re feeling down, you need to be around people. You need to have someone to talk to.If you’re alone, you will be left with your thoughts, and your thoughts will make you feel worse. It’s better to be around people who can distract you and makes you laugh or smile.
When you’re feeling down, you need to get moving. Even if you can’t be bothered to exercise, you can try something like taking a cold shower or going for a walk.
The more depressed you are, the more important it is to get moving. You’ll feel better if you can keep yourself occupied.
Exercise will make you feel better. Exercise releases endorphin and dopamine that will make you feel better. Make sure to exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. You can do yoga, go to the gym, go for a walk, ride a bike, do housework, or other kinds of exercise you prefer!
Those are several ways to make yourself better. I hope it works for you as much as it works for me!
