Prosciutto crudo, or prosciutto, as it is often called, is an Italian uncooked, unsmoked, and dry-seasoned ham. People usually serve it as thinly sliced meat, with some other variations according to the regions.

Farro is an ancient grain which originated in the Mediterranean landscape. Today, however, it can be found all over the world. It is a substantial source of protein and has a nice nutty flavor.
Like barley, it contains high levels of protein and fiber but has a more oblong and larger grain shape.
It is very easy for you to consume farro by cooking it in a stovetop pan. Alternatively, you can cook it in a pressure cooker or a rice cooker.
