Coppa beef is made from a high-grade, mildly slashed cow that is cooked to medium-rare and then grilled until it is very tender.
After being marinated, then the beef is left to dry naturally in the sun for 20 days.
Coppa usually comes with other pasta dishes. However, you can also have it as an appetizer.
You can make crostini by simply putting bread slices on a grill or toaster, in order to make them crispy.
It is possible to drizzle olive oil and salt over thin slices of bread, and then serve it as it is.
Crostini can also be an excellent base for an appetizer, a delicious side dish for a steak, or a delightful addition to a soup.
