Many people enjoy watching science programs on TV, and often learn about the wonders of science by watching these programs. However, this does not mean that one can easily replicate the experiments that are seen on TV.

It is necessary to have some skills in order to do some of these experiments at home. Some of these can be especially fun experiments for kids.

These simple science experiments are easy to do, and will allow you and to understand more about the world around you. You can take these are inspiration for fair projects, or if you just want to conduct a fun experiment at home.

Here are four cool science experiments you can easily do at home:

1. Make Your Own “Rainbow”

This is a magic milk experiment that has been getting popular on the internet. To start making this science experiment, you need a shallow dish, milk, a bit of food coloring, rubbing alcohol, and a Q-tip. If you don’t have a Q-tip, you can use a cotton ball, instead.

Once you have everything prepared, pour the milk into the dish. After you have done that, take some rubbing alcohol and dip a Q-tip, or a cotton swap or ball, into it for about 10 seconds until it absorbs a lot of the rubbing alcohol.

Then take your cotton swap and dip it into the dish with milk. Make sure that it touches a drop of food coloring first, to trigger some fun color mixing on your dish.

By now, your science experiment should make colorful explosions in the bowl that swirl together to make rainbow shades! If the color turns muddy, you can pour out a new dish with milk and start over again.

2. Paper Plate Lightning

This is another easy science experiment that you can do at home for kids! All you need is a paper plate, some aluminum foil, and a plastic bag.

First, you need to make a small hole in the bottom of the paper plate. Now take a piece of aluminum foil and cover the bottom of the paper plate.

Next, put the plastic bag over it and then put some weights on top of it to hold it down. You can add a few books on top of it to weigh down even more.

You can leave this science project in your kitchen for a few hours, or you can leave it in your backyard overnight.
