Spending time with people who care about you can help you feel better. If you are feeling down, it’s important to stay connected with family and friends. It may help to be part of a support group or join a club, class, or organization.
You may also want to talk to your doctor about your feelings. He or she may be able to recommend a counselor or psychologist who can help you. Your doctor may also be able to prescribe a medicine to help your symptoms.
Try to think of the positives in your life. Keep your mind active by doing activities you enjoy. If you feel bad about yourself, remind yourself that you are a good person.
You may be having a hard time, but you are still valuable. Do things that make you feel good. Read a book, create art, or play a sport.
Those are several ways to make yourself feel better. It works for me, so I can only hope it works for you too. Remember that feeling sad is not your fault and that everything will eventually get better!
