About 10% of Americans will experience major depression at different points in their life. But, people with a family history of depression will have two until three times greater risk than others.

Mental health concerns need to be taken seriously. You will get better quality in almost anything. Don’t ever self-diagnose yourself about the symptoms. Take medications only if it is prescribed.
