You should encourage them that talking about their problems will make them happy, and also it will make your relationship stronger than before because now both of you will be able to keep each other’s feelings in mind when any problem comes up.

It is also important for you to keep them involved in social activities. If your loved ones are suffering from mental disorders then it is very important for you to keep them involved in social activities because this will help them to get back their social life as well as family life.

You should encourage them that it is a good sign of their mental health if they start feeling better after some time and this will help you both to enjoy your life more than before because now both of you will be able to keep each other’s feelings in mind when any problem comes up.
