To maintain a healthy weight, it is recommended that you consume about 2200 calories per day which will result in an average weight loss of about 1-2 pounds per week.

5. Get plenty of sleep.

A lack of sleep can lead to several health problems including increased levels of stress hormones, decreased memory function, increased risk for depression and anxiety disorders, reduced immune function, decreased energy levels, and increased risk for heart disease and stroke.
