Skill-intensive sport is a sport that requires a high level of skill. It can be physically demanding, or it can require a high level of cognitive or emotional intelligence. Specialized training and practice are often required to excel in these sports.

Some ways that players can keep their energy levels up are by eating a good pre-game meal, drinking plenty of fluids, and taking breaks during the game to hydrate and eat snacks.
A hockey player with moderate exercise intensity won’t last as long as another player who is in excellent physical condition. A hockey player with moderate exercise intensity will last about 2 hours in a game, while a player in excellent physical condition will last about 3 hours in a game.
