One of the greatest ways to keep fit is through sport. It can be done through physical activity, such as running, swimming, or cycling. It can also be done through sporting activities that are more team-based, such as soccer or rugby.

Regardless of the sport you choose to play, there are a number of benefits that you will experience

Benefit #1: Increased Metabolism

Many people believe that they cannot play sport and lose weight. They assume that the only way to lose weight is through dieting, and the best way to diet is to eat less food.

This is false, however. You can still lose weight without eating less food. All you have to do is exercise more!

The more you exercise, the more calories your body burns during the day. Therefore, you will have a greater calorie deficit, which will result in fat loss.

Benefit #2: More Energy

When you play sport regularly, your body will become used to the increased activity level. This means that your body has adapted to being active throughout the day, even when you are not playing sport!

Once your body has adapted to this level of activity, it becomes much easier for you to be active at any time of day without feeling tired or fatigued!
