The moment someone tells Kevin‘s full name allows him to finally become normal.
Kevin soon realizes that he has not been in control of Kevin‘s mind for 2 years. He needs help to stop suffering people.
Kevin then begs Casey to kill him with a shotgun. All 24 alter who live in Kevin’s body begin fighting for each other. Patricia finally wins the battle against the 24 personalities.
Patricia tells Casey that Kevin was suppressed and sent to sleep. Kevin will never wake up again even when someone comes to him and says his name.
The personalities then let “The Beast” take over.
He crouch down and holds while Casey goes to get a shotgun. She grabs the gun and some cartridges and starts to escape.
She walks into a tunnel to escape. When The Beast starts chasing after her, Casey shoots him twice.
The bullets that she used to hit him were very painful, but they did not damage him. Beast is about to end her life but then he stops when he notices Casey has been severely abused.
These marks were left on Casey’s body because of the horrible abuse she suffered as a child. Her uncle, John, used to harass her before.
Realizing that Casey has suffered horribly and is pure, and since she has suffered, she is perfect.
The Beast lets alter Dennis take over, and he let Casey away. The police then came and rescue Casey.
Afterwards, Dennis, Patricia, and Hedwig discuss their plans to change the world.
The ending of this movie shows several people watching the news on TV. News channel is showing a report about one group called The Horde.
It’s the nickname that people have given to “The Beast”/Kevin.
Waitress notices that The Horde looks very similar to another criminal. She says that the criminal who committed that crime had been imprisoned for fifteen years in a wheelchair.
Someone sitting next to her calls out the nickname, “Mr. Glass”. David Dunn is the protagonist of Shyamalan’s Unbreakable Movie.
The ending of this movie clearly shows that David Dunn hasn’t get his superhero name and still constantly searching for villains.
It is also the beginning of the film sequel to the Unbreakable film trilogy, titled “Mr. Glass”.
