Does anxiety make you feel like a failure?

Look at the big picture

If you are a person with anxiety, then it’s easy to get lost in the little things. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by a short-term failure or mistake. But it’s essential to look at the big picture.

When you look at the big picture, it’s much easier to see that you are doing a good job. You did the best that you could with the situation.

Don’t compare yourself to others

When you are a person with anxiety, you worry that you look stupid. You constantly worry that you are not as successful as other people. But there is no need to compare yourself to others.

Remember, there is no such thing as a perfect person. You are not perfect, and other people are not perfect. Everyone has flaws, and everyone has struggles.

Focus on the positive

If you are anxious, you are probably very good at noticing the wrong things. You are very self-critical.

But if you are a person with anxiety, you need to be better at focusing on the right things. When you focus on the right things, you will feel better about yourself.

Remember that you did your best and you deserve to feel good about yourself.
