Bakpao or Chinese steamed buns are popular Indonesian street food. Bakpao originally has pork filling or red bean paste filling inside. However, nowadays you can find many different types of fillings such as beef, chicken, chocolate, and cheese.

Es cendol is a traditional Indonesian dessert. Es cendol is made from shaved ice and topped with red bean, gula Melaka (palm sugar), coconut milk, and topped with cendol topping powder.

7. Es campur

Es campur is a dessert made from shaved ice and served with various ingredients such as red beans, gula Melaka (palm sugar), corn, green beans, and topped with condensed milk and syrup.

8. Gado Gado

Gado Gado is a salad dish that consists of boiled or blanched vegetables and tofu, served with a peanut sauce dressing, and sometimes peanut sauce is served on the side. Some popular Gado Gado ingredients are beansprouts, sweet potatoes, cabbage, carrots, etc. Gado Gado is usually eaten with steamed rice or, in Indonesia, is called lontong.
