Keep a journal

Try and keep track of your workouts. Write down what you did, how you felt, and how you’re progressing.  If you do not see any changes, you might be wasting time on things that don’t work. Don’t just do random workouts. Make sure you know what you’re doing.

Have a workout partner

Someone to keep you going when you’re tired and someone to work out with if you don’t like doing it yourself. It’s always more fun to exercise with someone else.

Whether it’s in a journal or with a training app or something, you can do this in a journal by writing down how much weight you lifted and how many reps you did on each exercise.

Have a reward system

Whether it’s a special treat after your workout or a new outfit you can buy if you’ve lost a certain amount of weight, make sure you’ve got something to work for.  It’s a lot easier to stick with something if you know you’re going to get a reward for it.

Hope by doing these tips, you can commit to your workout plan and realize your dream body!

Make sure to share this with your workout partners if you found it helpful!
