Step 6: Do not get discouraged

This is another very important step because it is essential for people who are starting their health and fitness journey because they need to avoid getting discouraged if they find things difficult or if they fail to achieve their goals at first.

This is something that happens to everyone and it happens due to lack of determination, motivation or lack of effort.

However, it does not mean that people should give up on achieving their goals because it does not happen overnight which means that people should be patient with themselves and stick with what they are doing until they reach their goal as well as reach the next level of progress.
