When you have anxiety, one of the things that you need to remember is that you are in control. I know that might sound crazy, but it is true. There are a lot of things that you can do that will help you reduce your anxiety. It is all about finding the right strategy.
I have put together a list of my top 5 games that will help you reduce anxiety. I have been struggling with anxiety for most of my life, and I know that these games have helped me. I hope that they will help you as well.
1. Call of Duty
I know that there is a lot of controversy about this game and all other first-person shooter games. Still, I have to say that they have really helped me to reduce my anxiety. I have always been a huge fan of shooting games, but it is hard to get your mind to focus when you have anxiety. I have used Call of Duty to help me reduce my anxiety. It helps me to focus and concentrate on the game. I also find that the game is fun.
2. Puzzles
Puzzles are another fantastic way to reduce anxiety. I have spent many hours working on puzzles. They are great because you can really focus. You are not really thinking about anything else. I have always found that this helps my anxiety. I love the puzzles that I buy at the dollar store. Each one only costs a dollar, and they have a lot of different ones. I have tried many different types, and I have found that the 3D puzzles shaped like animals and people are the most fun. You can also find puzzles made with a thousand pieces.
