Make sure that you do not get bored and change your fitness routine regularly. You should be able to see a significant improvement in your health after about six months of working out and doing vigorous activity.

2) Work Out In Small Sessions

One of the most important tips that you can use to stay fit and healthy is to ensure that you work out in small sessions. It is important not to exercise for long periods of time at a time. You can try working out for no more than 30 minutes per session, five days per week.

If you can, it is a good idea to alternate between cardio and strength training sessions every week. This will ensure that your body has a chance to recover from each session before starting the next one.
