Lack of sleep also increases the risk of accidents and decreases performance at work or school. When you don’t get enough sleep, your body becomes more susceptible to infections and other illnesses.

Your brain needs 7-9 hours of sleep every night in order to function properly. The first step in reducing stress is getting enough sleep every night. Here are some tips on how to get a good night’s rest.

Create a sleep schedule that works for you. This will help you know when it is time for bed and when it is time for work or school. Create a routine that helps you fall asleep easily.

This will help reduce stress as well as help you wake up refreshed each morning. Create a relaxing bedtime routine. Relaxing music or aromatherapy candles may help you fall asleep faster.

2. Exercise

Regular exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress and improve your health. It will help you feel better about yourself and have more energy throughout the day. It also helps you lose weight, which can lead to a healthier body and a healthier mind.

However, exercise should not be a chore or a punishment. If you find that exercise is a challenge for you, try using apps to track your workouts. The app lets you know how many calories you have burned each day based on your activity level.

You can use this information to set goals for yourself or share it with friends who are trying to lose weight as well. If working out becomes too difficult for you, consider hiring a personal trainer to help you reach your fitness goals.
