Cooking with spice could be a little tricky. You must know which spice would be suitable for a particular dish. For example, you cannot use curry powder as a powder for meat or chicken. You can only use it for soup or potatoes.
If you are using salt and pepper, it would be best to use it in meat and chicken for a more real and natural taste. You should also avoid using too much salt and pepper so that it will not ruin your dish.
