5. Headaches/Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhoea/Heartburn

These are all symptoms of stress and can be attributed to the way that stress can cause you to feel negative emotions such as anger, depression, or anxiety.

This is often because your body is responding to the way that you are feeling in an unhealthy manner. It is also possible that you might be experiencing feelings of sadness or grief as a result of stress.
