1. Workout at home with a jump rope

You can find a jump rope at a local store, or you can also make your own jump rope. Work out with a jump rope for at least 15 minutes.

Another good body workout routine that you can do is using a stability ball. You can do sit-ups, planks, and a lot of other exercises.
