#5: Tuna

It is the most common fish in the world and this type of fish contains mercury and lead, which can be harmful to our health. The fat content in tuna is too high, which increases our risk of heart diseases. 

It is also believed that mercury causes mental problems like psychosis and may lead to death if eaten too much. This fish can also contain polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) which cause cancer. So, avoid eating tuna as much as possible because it is not good for your health.

#4: Chicken Liver

It contains cholesterol and saturated fats, which increase the risk of heart diseases and strokes. These fats can increase blood pressure levels and cause clogged arteries, leading to heart attacks or strokes. 

Also, chicken liver contains toxic and carcinogenic compounds. It can also cause allergic reactions in some people. So, stay away from the chicken liver because it is not good for your health.
