You can either choose to exercise every day or you can plan on exercising for 30 minutes a day. You should also make sure that you don’t skip any days when you are working out.

One of the best ways to stay fit is to eat healthily. When you eat healthily, it will help to increase your energy levels as well as help to burn fat and build muscle mass.

However, if you want something more authentic, then try making your own healthy meals at home by using ingredients like fresh vegetables and lean meats. In addition, make sure that all of your meals contain lean protein sources like chicken breast or fish.

Eating healthily also means you have to drink enough! Bring water bottles everywhere so you can’t find an excuse not to drink water.
