A healthy and glowing skin is something that many people, not just women, want to have. The reason for this is that the skin can reveal many things about a person, like how healthy they are, what their health problems are, and if they’re ageing or not.

It’s no wonder that people spend so much time and money on skin care products, because they want to have a healthy and glowing skin.

In this article, we will be discussing 4 foods and fruits that are good for healthy and glowing skin. We will also be discussing the benefits of these foods and the ways that they can be used to help with skin problems.

1) Almonds

Almonds are a great source of protein, vitamin E, vitamin B6, copper, manganese, magnesium, and phosphorus. They are also very high in dietary fibre and can help reduce cholesterol levels in the body. They have been known to have many health benefits, including lowering the risk of heart disease.

Almonds are good for the skin because they are high in omega-3 fatty acids which help maintain healthy skin cells. Also, they contain vitamins A, B6, C, E, K, thiamine (B1), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), and biotin. Almonds are very good for dry skin because they contain a lot of essential fatty acids which moisturize the skin.

2) Blueberries

Blueberries are a very good source of vitamin C, potassium, fibre, manganese, folate, and vitamin K. They are also very high in antioxidants that help prevent skin problems like sunburn and wrinkling.

Blueberries are great for the skin because they contain flavonoids which help reduce wrinkles and keep the skin looking younger. Blueberries are also great for dry skin because they contain vitamin C, which is an antioxidant that helps repair damaged cells in the body and keeps them healthy.
