No one likes to be in debt, but if you can find work that pays well, it’s a great way to pay off your student loans faster. In fact, there are some high-paying jobs you can get without even having a college degree.
Here are three high-paying jobs for students:
One of the highest paying jobs for students is a security guard. The average salary for security guards is $26,700 a year. But if you can get a job at a top security company, the salary can be higher.
The average salary for this type of work is $13 an hour. If you’re looking for long-term work, this may be the best option for you.
A typical shift will last eight hours and you’ll be required to work the weekend, holidays and nights, and rotating shifts. However, you will have paid time off (PTO) after your first year of employment with the company.

Bar tending is another high-paying job for students. The average salary for a bartender in Singapore is $1,350 a month. However, if you can get a job at a high-end bar or restaurant, the salary can be much higher.
To get this type of job, you’ll need to go through an agency that hires students with no experience or education requirements. You’ll also need to have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service skills.
However, the biggest downside is that you won’t be able to get overtime pay, since employers consider bar tending an entry-level position in Singapore.
