Mental Traits
People also judge you based on your mental traits when you first meet them as well.
A wide variety of these traits can describe your character, from whether you’re a “go with the flow” type or an “in control” type to whether or not you like being in charge.
For example, you might be a “don’t ask, don’t tell” type, which means you prefer to be left alone and don’t care if others know about your personal life.
Or you might be a “talkative person” type, which means you enjoy getting to know others and talking about your experiences.

The Way You Speak
Another thing that people judge you about is the way you speak.
If someone talks with a lot of pauses in their speech, then most likely others will assume that this person has trouble speaking and does not know how to communicate well with others.
However, some people do not talk too much and might actually be more of a quiet type of person in real life.
People might judge them based on their behavior because they did not know them personally before and do not know what kind of person they really are.
They may just think that they are quiet because of how they acted when they first met them, so it’s hard to tell whether or not this is true.

Positive Impressions is Important, but Not the Most Important
Overall, people judge you based on your physical appearance, personality traits, and how you speak when they first meet you.
However, it is also important to note that there are some people who can overcome these things and become successful in life.
You just have to believe in yourself and work hard for the things that you want in life.
