Agility
We define agility as “the ability to move quickly from one place to another”. We measure agility by how fast a person can react to a change in position or environment.
Agility-focused training involves activity that require quick movement patterns such as running, jumping, and dancing. This type of training helps increase speed, quickness, balance, coordination, reflexes, and improves heart rates for activities such as gymnastics, martial arts, running races or sports events.
The best way to train agility is through sprinting or playing a sport that requires speed or quickness, such as basketball or soccer.
Endurance

We define endurance as “the ability to work continuously for a long period of time”. We measure endurance by how long a person can work out or do a continuous activity at a high intensity without tiring.
This type of training includes running, biking, swimming, weight lifting, and other resistance training and intense exercise.
Endurance-focused training helps build muscle mass and endurance for activities such as long distance running or cycling. This type of training is effective to maintain the body’s health and fitness level over time.

Coordination
Coordination is defined as “the ability to perform tasks smoothly”. Coordination is measured by how well the different parts of the body move together to achieve a specific goal.
Coordination-focused training involves activities that require coordination between different parts of the body, such as dance, martial arts, sports, or gymnastics.
This type of training also improves overall health by strengthening the core muscles that are responsible for stabilizing the spine and helping to maintain balance.
