1. Stretch
You can do this anywhere, anytime. All you need is a pair of stretchy pants or a stretchy top.
For your first exercise, you can choose to just do 10-second stretches for 10 different muscle groups.
You can try this for one week and then add on more minutes of stretching to your routine every week. This will be good for your flexibility and overall health.

2. Walk Around the Block
To start out with, try walking around the block once or twice every day. If you live in an area where it is not too cold, then go outside and walk around in the winter!
If it is hot outside, then walk inside on a treadmill or use an exercise bike at home. You can also do other exercises to burn calories after you walk around the block!

3. Do 10 Push-Ups
When you are done with your walk, do 10 push-ups. This is a great exercise to get the blood flowing and to help strengthen your chest and arms.
