What’s the Movie About?

The story follows Evan, a successful architect who owns a large, expensive house with his wife and two children. His wife is a well-known artist, whose paintings contribute to the couple’s income and helps them to live a very happy lifestyle.

Karen and the children are leaving to go on a short vacation to a sandy beach in Florida without Evan, who is still recovering from his injured shoulder that he suffered before.

Evan is planning to spend all of his time working on a long-overdue project. Karen sends her assistant Louis to move one of her sculptures to a museum. As the evening gets closer, it starts to rain heavily.

It is then that the two young women, Genesis (Lorenza Izzo) and Bel (Ana de Armas), show up at Evan’s doorstep, completely drenched and looking for a house where a party is being hosted.

Meeting Two Strangers

Evan invites the two girls over to his house to make sure that they are comfortable before he hires a car to take them home. Things take a strange turn when the car arrives, but the girls refuse to leave and try to persuade him.

Evan constantly tries to stop them from trying to persuade him, but eventually, he gives in and they end up going on a three-way date. He doesn’t realize that he’s inviting trouble.

When Evan asks the two girls who vandalize his wife’s statue to prove that they are not allowed to do that, they say that they are all underage.

Evan realizes that he can’t call the police because there is no way for him to report a break-in to the police department. When one of Karen’s friends, Vivian, comes to check on Evan, she sees a young woman named Genesis.

Figuring out what might have happened, she promptly makes her departure. Evan finally persuades the women to leave by calling the police to report a broken-in house.
