I never really went to the gym before. I was always too lazy to go, and I couldn’t commit to a class because I always felt like I was not doing it right.
I used to have no idea what I’m doing. I don’t know how to use half of the equipment, I don’t really know how to use the machines, I don’t know how to use the classes, so I use the free weights instead.
However, when I finally decided to sign up for a gym membership, I was excited to go. It was a fun experience, and here are several reasons why I wish I done it sooner.
You’ll be more motivated to work out

I’m a big small talker, so I love talking to people when I’m working out. I like to meet new people, and I want to chat about all sorts of things. I would always find excuses for skipping the gym, but I haven’t had these excuses since I signed up for a gym membership.
I actually look forward to it. I like the atmosphere, the people, the music, and most importantly- you can find motivation through the small talks with other members!
It will give you a sense of accomplishment
The first time I finished training, I felt so accomplished. I was proud of myself, and I liked to brag to my friends and family. I’m not a big fan of going to the gym, but I like to go for the sense of accomplishment I get after a workout.
