Cut veggies like zucchini and cucumbers into sticks. Then, dip them in hummus for a delicious snack. You could also dip them in ranch dressing.

4. Make Veggies Like Toys

5. Hide Veggies in Foods Kids Love

My kids love pancakes. So, I put shredded carrots in the batter, and they never knew. This is a great way to add extra nutrients to their diet. Also, healthy carrot cake-slash-pancake? I’m in!

6. Use Veggies as a “Dip”

Instead of using a processed dip, like ranch dressing, use fresh veggies as a dip. For example, cut up carrots, celery, and cauliflower into sticks and dip them into hummus. You could also do this with cucumbers.

7. Make Veggies “Juicy”

All kids love juice. So, why not put veggies in juice? My kids love this “juicy” watermelon drink. I know it’s not technically a vegetable, but it has many vitamins, minerals, and fiber. You can also mix veggies like cucumbers or kale into your kids’ favorite juice.
