Being alone doesn’t mean you have to give up on sports. If you’ve had a rough day, or even if you haven’t, you can still play sports by yourself.

You might not be able to play competitively, but you can still have fun. Whatever sport you choose, you can be sure that you’ll have a good time.

Here are six sports that you can play alone:

1. Bowling

So you can’t bowl with someone, but you can still bowl. This is a great choice for the more athletic types.

You can even play in a league if it’s available in your area. If it’s not, you can still bowl, and then you can brag to your friends and family about your skills.

2. Squash

Squash is also a great one for the more athletic types. You can play against the wall, or you can play with a partner. It’s great for those looking for a good workout, but it doesn’t take up a lot of space.

3. Swimming

Swimming is a great way to get in a good workout. If you live near a pool, you can enjoy the benefits of swimming alone. You can swim laps or just float around. There are some great benefits to swimming alone. You can also swim in the ocean, but you’ll want to be careful.
