Rice milk
The great thing about rice milk is that you can make it yourself. You have to boil some rice and then blend it. You can use it in place of dairy milk and yogurt.
1 cup of rice milk = 1 cup of dairy milk
Cashew
Besides using it to make cashew milk, you can also make a cheese substitute perfect for a dairy-free cheesecake. For almond milk, you have to soak cashew overnight in a bowl with water. After that, blend the cashews with water and strain the liquid.
Meanwhile, you have to make a base of soaked cashews, water, and salt for the cheese substitute and then blend in some lemon juice for a cheese substitute.
1 cup of cashew milk = 1 cup of dairy milk
1 cup of cashew milk = 1 cup of yogurt

Hemp
You can make a substitute for cream cheese by mixing hemp seeds with some lemon juice, oil, and salt. Use it as a spread on bread or as a filling for your pastries.
2 cups of hemp = 1 cup of dairy cream cheese.
Cocoa butter
Cocoa butter is an excellent substitute for butter and margarine (especially if you are lactose intolerant). You can also use it to make chocolate spread. Also, who could say no to chocolate spread?
1 cup of cocoa butter = ½ cup of butter
No more worries to bake for your lactose-intolerant best friends!
