The best thing to do is drink water instead. Water has zero calories and can fill you up without the guilt of eating something unhealthy. If not, you can opt for lemonades or teas, which may be lesser in calories, too.

2. Keep healthy snacks on hand.

If you’re out all the time, you’ll need to keep healthy snacks on hand. This way, if you suddenly get hungry, you have healthy choices at the ready and you won’t have to rely on finding more calorie-dense snacks last minute.

For example, you can keep a pack of Greek yoghurt, some fresh fruit, and a bar of dark chocolate to nibble on when you feel like it.
